Join our India team as an HR Generalist.


The HR Generalist will be an HR and talent partner for the India team as well as also being able to assist in Global HR projects and initiatives across the entire organization


In this role, you will:


Serve as a partner to the team by helping to create supportive and innovative HR programs to fit the team’s initiatives.


Manage, facilitate, and optimize HR services such as on-boarding, employee communications, organizational development, training, performance management, employee relations, benefits, compensation, talent acquisition, and leadership coaching.


Monitor the organization’s culture to ensure alignment with our core values.

Proactively identify problem areas and propose solutions, both within the Budapest site supported and within global HR.


Supporting the full recruiting and onboarding process, including collaboration with our service partners, direct hiring, contract set up, preparation for new starters, etc.

Support recruitment pipeline.


Provide coaching to management and employees to resolve conflicts, enhance team effectiveness, and ensure support of organizational changes and business plans.


Implement human resources policies and ensure compliance with legal regulations.

Participate in strategy sessions with the global operations and HR team on policy, and HR practices.


Ensure HR transactional needs are met for the site being supported.


Serving as point of contact for our employees with regards to their employment related questions and topics


Handle a full range of employee relations topics and ensure managers are provided with practical advice and guidance in line with current legislation


Support and ensure correct monthly payroll together with our service partner


Assist with international business travels and international secondments


The ideal candidate will offer:


Academic degree or equivalent education in HR related field


2 - 4 year work experience in HR generalist / specialist function with strong experience in recruiting/talent acquisition.


Good knowledge of employee contract management and company agreements


Good knowledge of Indian pay and benefit plan regulations


Strong IT skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)


Exceptional Indian and good English skills - fluent in written and spoken
