Join our global product team as a Product Manager, and develop and execute our patient centric product vision, creating features and Epics, product/road-map documentation, in collaboration with key stakeholders within Clario. 

Responsibilities

Key elements of the Product Manager role include: 

  • Creating a well-defined, market backed product/solutions strategy grounded in deep industry knowledge of patient driven solutions
  • Creating a shared awareness of the customer and market needs by the internal functions
  • Shaping the Patient Centric product solution including strategic and tactical road map and delivery plan
  • Facilitating and supporting cross-functional and external activities required to achieve the planned objectives ensuring that we optimize the demands of the customer and share owner
  • Ensuring that ERT meets our financial targets for each Product including those related to both revenue maximization and profitability

Qualifications

What we seek - 

  • Advanced degree in Business Administration or Technology Science with emphasis placed on data management. Experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
  • Deep experience in product management and in leadership and decision-making ability with high-functioning teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership in executing market research (voice of customer), identifying unmet market needs, and translating those needs into business opportunities.
  • Demonstrated business planning skills and track record of defining, developing, and launching successful software products.
  • Ability to synthesize information into a compelling story.
  • Customer focus with interpersonal and influencing skills across the organization.
  • Project coordination and planning skills.
  • Experience working in a regulated industry, preferably within pharmaceutical, medical device or similar. Experience with GMP, GCP, 21 CFR Part 11 preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a strong ability to collaborate in English with internal and external collaborators. Will have frequent interaction with clients, suppliers, management and staff including the requirement to present study workflows and/or processes.
  • Computer and technical proficiency; able to learn new systems.
