Overview

ERT seeks a Director, Diversity & Inclusion. Working with the Chief Diversity Officer, you will build, oversee and execute strategic DE&I plans and measure progress against those plans.  Provide leadership and support to evolve the ERG strategy to empower and strengthen internal communities, foster inclusion by ensuring diverse voices are heard and make an impact across the organization and culture.

Pharma companies, Biotechs, and CROs have relied on ERT solutions in 10,000+ studies spanning three million patients to date. By identifying trial risks before they become problems, ERT enables customers to bring clinical treatments to patients quickly – and with confidence. Responsibilities

As ERT's Director, Diversity & Inclusion, you will collaborate with the Chief Diversity, Inclusion, & Sustainability Officer to lead the development of ERT’s DEI strategies, including diversity thought leadership. You will own and participate in the ideation, collaboration, and monitoring of all DEI programs, including learning, people programs, recruiting programs, and serve as the subject matter expert on DEI for all external programs in partnership with the teams that support our employees. Further, you will define the annual KPI targets to help inform the development of an environmental, social and governance report.

Partnering closely with internal stakeholder groups, you will develop programs that support actions that create a lasting and equitable professional work environment for all – and across the entire talent lifecycle, building inclusion capabilities in every leader, manager and team member. You will act as a resource and advocate for employees to ensure their perspectives are represented in key organizational decisions.

You will ensure that the voices of all constituents are represented in the development and assessment of the company’s work for equity, inclusion and culture. You will develop and implement strategies to measure, track and analyze the effectiveness of DEI and people culture strategies and programs so you can make recommendations on ERT’s goals and objectives.

You will develop and foster collaborative working relationships with representatives from other organizations, and identify new strategic partnerships and opportunities for program expansion.

Provide leadership and support to evolve the ERG strategy to empower and strengthen internal communities, foster inclusion by ensuring diverse voices are heard and make an impact across the organization and culture.

Co-lead and collaborate with leaders in the development, budgeting, and project execution and management of ERT’s sustainability strategy, approved projects, and consistent sustainability policies across all locations. Work in partnership with supply chain and operational leaders to develop responsible policies, strategies, and action plans in an integrated company approach.
